Refund/Returns policy

Whilst we make every effort to ensure you are happy with your product order, however if you are not happy and wish to return it, you must do so within 14 business days of receipt. You must first email us to get our consent for the return of your goods and maintain the product is in good order until you return it to us. Returns shall be sent to:

We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We do not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. You will have to pay for the costs associated with the product return. No refunds will be proceeded until all goods are received.

Refunds
If you request a refund providing you have not used the goods, we will refund you the price of the goods less shipping within 30 business days of receipt of the returned goods.
If the goods are faulty and you wish to seek refund, we will refund you the price of the goods within 30 business days of receipt of the returned goods.

We do not accept returned goods have been used. Once this has been identified, we will email you to notify the no refund will be available outcome and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 business days of our notification. Refunds can only be made to the original credit card used.
